Possible to get a good night's rest. Room decor was very well-designed. Great location across from Trams 18 and 19, easy to get into town. Nice pool and sauna. Izakaya restaurant was also good.

The location is not bad. it is close to center, still need to walk around 1,5-2 km to get there but I consider it not far from the center.

Our flight got cancelled and had to book the hotel in emergency after 10pm. Staff was welcoming, breakfast was amazing. Air con had issues all the three nights but last night was horrible - we had 2 rooms so all moved to one room around 12 as had to wake up around 3 for early flight. Could not sleep for a minute kids were asleep so didn’t want to disturb them. Mentioned at checkout and they apologised and they could have set it manually from downstairs but we did not ask ( time was short) so not hotels fault. Rooms extremely small- and dark. Corridors look a bit spooky even at daytime. I think insane amount of money has been spent on interiors but only if they work on lights. Same with the toilets- very dark and leakage issue in both the toilets. Aircon and toilet issue I did read in the reviews but didnt pay much attention as it was last minute booking. No water replaced in the room- only mini bar which we didnt use. They provided us sandwiches and fruits plus drinks packed as flight was early. Personally I dint feel comfortable as it had multiple issues but staff was very helpful, friendly and breakfast was amazing. Location wise 5 stars as just literally on the tram stop which goes in all directions and train station just behind the hotel!!!

we love the design of the hotel. it was very new and fancy with advanced lighting control system. everything was perfect. we loved our stay in the hotel so much, which made our day every day. the staff is super nice. it was my boyfriend’s birthday. the team prepared small cake for him in advance and surprised us. we got our room upgraded for free. we appreciated the consideration so much that we look forward to staying in the hotel next time!
